About Our Leadership
BCS Brain Wave was founded on a simple mission: to bridge the gap between classroom instruction and true student mastery.
Our lesson plans are strategically designed by a Lead Specialist with over 8 years of professional experience in K-8 intervention and certified tutoring. We saw too many bright students slipping through the cracks of a system built for the "average" learner, so we built a solution.
We don't rely on generic workbooks. Instead, our leadership team creates strategic intervention plans tailored to your child's specific needs. By combining expert-level planning with the energy of local university mentors, we offer a program that supports both the Struggling Learner and the Advanced Learner.

Meet Our Mentors
At Brain Wave, we are selective. We don't just hire anyone who applies. We specifically recruit top-performing Aggies who undergo background checks and demonstrate academic excellence and strong character. Our tutors are chosen because they have mastered the material and know how to explain it. They are Honors students, Dean's List scholars, and aspiring educators who serve as powerful role models for your child.
When your student sees a cool, successful college student excited about Math or Reading, it changes their entire perspective on school. We bring that "scholar energy" to every single session.
Aayan
Reading Comprehension & English
Senior at Texas A&M University, Pre-Med Psychology Major. Aayan specializes in Reading Comprehension and English, helping students build strong literacy foundations. He is currently studying to become a psychiatrist and brings empathy and patience to every session.
Outside of tutoring, Aayan enjoys reading sci-fi books and watching anime.
Fun Fact: Has lived in over 7 different countries!
Bri
Math & Reading
Junior at Texas A&M University, Kinesiology Motor Behavior Major, Class of 2027. Bri helps kids enjoy learning math and reading by making sessions engaging and fun. She plans to attend PA school and brings a caring, energetic approach to tutoring.
In her free time, Bri likes to read books and workout or go for walks.
Fun Fact: Has a twin sister and has moved over five times!
Lex
Math & Science (5th–8th Grade)
Biomedical Engineering Student at Texas A&M University, Class of 2026. Lex tutors 5th–8th grade math and science, helping students build confidence in STEM subjects. He plans to attend medical school and is a member of the A&M club triathlon team.
Lex enjoys cooking and reading old books in his spare time.
Fun Fact: Eagle Scout who loves the outdoors!
